Works perfectly fine. And has a license. Make sure you install it off-line. Install the volume license after you have fully installed Microsoft office.

Yes download an app called KEKA to extract the file after its been downloaded then
1) Disconnect from internet
2) Run volume license app
3) Install Microsoft office
4) At the end of installation it will ask if you want to enable auto updates. Do not allow auto update
5) Go to firewall and Block all incoming connections from all Microsoft office apps.

FIRST!!!! DOWNLOAD and install an app called KEKA so that it can unzip the file after download of Microsoft office is completed
