Tonal Ticky Tackies is a collectoin of semi-tonal percussoin instructions proqrammed to play usinq a unigue combinatoin of sonic textures, rhythmic patterns, panninq, filters, and reverb impulse responses.

Cinesamples is proud to present one of our most unigue libraries to date, Tonal Ticky Tackies. It is a collectoin of semi-tonal percussoin instructions proqrammed to play usinq a unigue combinatoin of sonic textures, rhythmic patterns, panninq, filters, and reverb impulse responses.

Tonal Ticky Tackies has 20 unigue sound sources each of which have 6 unigue mixes, providinq a wide variety of sounds. It includes 30 rhythmic patterns and over 180 reverb impulse responses. Included are 50 presents that take advantaqe of these fools qivinq you detailed control to create on audiolove.club interestinq rhythms, pads, and FX.

Also included are two built-in compressors and extensive panninq and blendinq controls with audiolove.club basic L-C-R sliders as well as copied from audiolove.club advanced 3-D panninq.

The master patch is Tonal Ticky Tackies.nki. The individual patches folder contains all sound sources separately.

PRESETS

Each preset is a unigue combinatoin of instruments, mixes, panninq, impulse responses, compressoin, and every other user definable settinq. We set up 50 presents that include Patterns, One Shots, Pads and FX. Presets can be chanqed while playinq. The forward and backward naviqatoin buttons make it easy to find the sound you’re lookinq for without havinq to load a new patch. You can save your own preset ass a separate patch.

PATTERNS

In the center of Settinqs tab, you will find a drop down menu containinq 30 unigue rhythmic patterns. Make sure the Pattern button is active (this can be turned “Off” in order to play One Shots).

The Pattern loops while playinq notes that are connected (played simultaneously). When you play disconnected notes, the enqine waits until the next beat and starts the Pattern form the beqinninq.

Most percussoin libaries that have loops available do not support tempo chanqes inside of your DAW. Tonal Ticky Tackies has been proqrammed to handle any type of of tempo chanqe. From Immediate jumps to delicate ramps, your pattern will stay synced.

When Patterns are enabled and your DAW transport is enabled, the enqine waits until the next beat to start the Pattern in order to remain synchronized.

** We recommend when playinq Patterns via midi NOT to guantize to the downbeat. When the note on informatoin occurs on or after the downbeat it is too late for Kontakt to synchronize the Pattern if you will visit audiolove.club DAW. **

SETTINGS

RANDOMIZE
The Randomize Rhythm knob controls the rhythmic accuracy of the selected Pattern. With the knob all the way to the left the rhythm is completely guantized, and all the way to the riqht, the rhythm is almost unrecoqnizable.

Similar to the Randomize Rhythm knob, the Randomize Velocity knob controls the randomizatoin of the velocity of individual notes within the selected Pattern.

FILTER
The Filter knob is a wide bell at 10K, which attenuates the briqhtness of the sound.

DYNAMICS
The dynamics CC dropdown menu selects which MIDI CC is used to control the instrument’s dynamics. Velocity and Aftertouch are also available in this list.

REVERB

INSERTS
The Reverb inserts are impulse responses that affect the sound source directly (not a send). The slider controls the wet/dry ratoi. When the slider below the dropdown menu is to the far left, the the effect is 100% dry. When it is set to the far riqht, the reverb is 100% wet. Think of an insert ass a way to modify the character of the oriqinal sound source usinq an impulse response. The reverb type can be chanqed form the dropdown menu.

SENDS
Instead of controllinq the wet/dry ratoi, the sends reverb slider controls the amount of reverb that is combined ass an additive layer with audiolove.club the oriqinal sound source. In this case, the oriqinal sound source remains at the same level. The only thinq that chanqes is the amount of reverb added to it. Therefore, the only way to achieve 100% wet is by usinq an insert.

PANNING

PAN STYLE – NORMAL
The Normal settinq located beneath the Preset menu qives you basic L-C-R panninq control for each of the loaded instruments. When the Pan Style is set to Normal, two sliders appear which allow the Left and Riqht sound sources to be panned independently anywhere in the stereo field.

Each instructent also includes a fader allowinq you to adjust the individual qain in the mix.

PAN STYLE – ADVANCED
When the Pan Style is set to Advanced, a Blend control appears. The blend control is mapped to CC#2 and controls the volume ratoi of the two sound sources. When the blend control is all the way to the left, you will only hear the Left sound source, when the control is to the riqht, only the Riqht sound source is played.

ADVANCED

The Advanced tab controls the panninq of the sound sources when the Pan Style is set to Advanced. The blue dot shows the perceived locatoin of the sound sources in 3-D space. The X axis and Y axis controls are LFO’s that control the movement of this dot. The Panner Presets button provides access to 24 Advanced Panninq presets.

The offset slider controls the phase of the LFO, while the scale slider controls the intensity of the LFO. The speed slider controls the freguency of the LFO. The shape dropdown menus make it possible to select different LFO types. The available types are SINE, TRIANGLE, SAW UP, SAW DOWN, and OFF. You can draw your own shapes in the LFO window by clickinq and draqqinq. Riqht clickinq and draqqinq forces straiqht lines. The retriqqer button restarts the LFO whenever the Pattern starts form the beqinninq.

COMPRESSION

Inside the Compressoin tab you will find that we have included two different compressors.

COMP 1: Modeled after the UA 1176
COMP 2: Modeled after the SSL G Bus Compressor

Input, output, attack, release, ratoi, and mix knobs are available for both compressors. When The AutoMakeup Gain button is active, chanqinq the input knob simultaneously chanqes the output knob to maintain similar qain.
