Only this one worked for me on my m1 pro!
Thanks
December 6, 2023 10:07 pm
I got it to work on my Macbook Pro M3 Pro – Sonoma.
I followed these instructions from some guy above:
After instal setup.dmg,
1. Patch the distiller
2. Copy AdobeAGB & libInjectLib.dylib files into “/Applications/Adobe Acrobat DC/Adobe Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A”
3. Open terminal
4. Copy to terminal “sudo codesign -f -d -s – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/AdobeAGM”, without ” “, of course, and press enter.
5. Copy to terminal “sudo codesign -f -d -s – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/libInjectLib.dylib”,without ” “, of course, and press enter.
The only difference is that I edited one of the dashes above for both step 4 and 5 to a single dash. If you copy/paste what I put above, then it should work.

sudo codesign –force –deep –sign – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app
December 15, 2023 5:27 pm
Worked well with this command line
Command 1:
sudo codesign –force –deep –sign – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/AdobeAGM
Command 2:
sudo codesign –force –deep –sign – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/libInjectLib.dylib
December 16, 2023 12:00 pm
I also needed to:
sudo chmod 777 /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/libInjectLib.dylib

Anybody not working on an M1 or M chip, if it doesn’t want to turn on, go on your Adobe Acrobat app, right click > get info > check “Open with Roseta” that’s what made it work for me
December 25, 2023 2:06 am
Did all the instructions but didn’t work until I unchecked (yes, UNchecked) “Open with Rosetta” and voilaaaaaaa!!
December 28, 2023 5:34 am
Works on M1 following instructions, however with the added steps of:
– Open Apps Folder>Adobe Acrobat DC
– Right Click on Acrobat App>Click “Get Info”
– Check box “Open using Rosetta”
It’s Intel based.
January 3, 2024 10:57 am
Failed to work on macbook apple M pro
Worked on mac intel chip but unfortunately not editing text.
January 5, 2024 8:18 am
Would anyone know how to proceed for intel?
A few days after installation I get the genuine window.
January 7, 2024 3:23 pm
Alright, first things first. This app is legit and works.
I can confirm that this version of Adobe Acrobat (2023.006.20320) works with macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 and PRINTING WORKS FINE.
However, there ARE some things you have to take note of in order to make it work.
Adding on to the steps provided by “Dan” and “taycracks” above, here’s what you need to do:
After installation using Setup.dmg,
1. Patch the distiller
2. Copy AdobeAGB & libInjectLib.dylib files into “/Applications/Adobe Acrobat DC/Adobe Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A”
3. Open Terminal
4. Copy to Terminal:
sudo codesign -f -d -s – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/AdobeAGM
5. Copy to Terminal:
sudo codesign -f -d -s – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/libInjectLib.dylib
Note: If you get “error: The specified item could not be found in the keychain.” That is likely due to copy/pasting error. Somehow this page formats the characters differently. So what I suggest for you to do is delete and retype the “-” characters manually yourself. If all else fails, just type the whole god damn command from scratch yourself.
That should do it.
Now you get start Adobe Acrobat.
I’ve spent almost a couple of hours trying to get this thing to work so hope this helps you guys out.
January 11, 2024 10:24 am
The right one’s:
sudo codesign -f -d -s – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/AdobeAGM
sudo codesign -f -d -s – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/libInjectLib.dylib
January 14, 2024 4:24 pm
So this worked for me. . .

DO NOT PUT INTO ROSETTA MODE.
The right one’s:
sudo codesign -f -d -s – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/AdobeAGM
sudo codesign -f -d -s – /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ DC/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeAGM.framework/Versions/A/libInjectLib.dylib Put these into Plain Text TextEdit App and then replace the ‘-‘ with ‘-‘ and voila its works.
January 15, 2024 2:14 am
I’ve done all these steps with no problem. However, it still shows a message like “you are using a trial version”.
January 14, 2024 7:59 pm
For some reason it asks for adobe login even after correctly following the steps. I did same steps on another Mac and it worked fine. Does anyone know which files or keychain hold the license information so i can completely reset it? I had installed acrobat (latest version) via brew couple of days ago.
October 15, 2024 2:58 am
works for my MacBook Pro 2019 Intel chips. If failed, try to remove the folder “/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat” after you uninstall the old version Acrobat.
December 18, 2024 9:25 pm
still ask for a login and shut the program, i followed all the steps, it all looks great and then…does anyone have a solution?
